You are results-oriented and thrive in cross-functional team environments. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can coordinate efforts and drive projects to successful completion. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have experience developing detailed financial models to compare competing opportunities across various dimensions.

What you'll do

As the Senior Energy Strategy Manager, you will serve as the Project Single Threaded Owner (STO) for the AMER Central Infra-Energy Team. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and structure complex power procurement opportunities, helping to deliver on AWS's energy strategy. You will conduct financial and technical assessments of power procurement opportunities exceeding 1GW of capacity, analyzing deal structures and developing innovative solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess power capacity deals and ensure alignment with AWS's strategic goals. Your role will involve developing detailed financial models to compare competing opportunities, focusing on cost, timeline, and risk dimensions. You will also be responsible for transaction structuring and coordination, ensuring that all aspects of the deal are thoroughly evaluated and executed.
