You are a licensed pharmacist with extensive experience in pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and managing prescription fulfillment processes. You understand the importance of medication adherence and are committed to improving customer health outcomes through innovative pharmacy services. Your attention to detail ensures that all prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently, and you are adept at using pharmacy management systems like PharmacyOS to maintain customer profiles and manage prescription orders. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and healthcare professionals alike. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the pharmacy experience and are excited about the opportunity to work with a team that prioritizes innovation in healthcare delivery.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the entire prescription fulfillment process, from initial order processing to final verification and shipment. You will be responsible for ensuring medication quality assurance for all dispenses, both packet and bulk. Your duties will include managing customer profiles in PharmacyOS, coordinating prescription transfers, and acquiring new prescriptions. You will work closely with a team to streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will provide 24/7 customer service support, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to medications. Your role is crucial in helping Amazon Pharmacy achieve its mission of making medications accessible and convenient for customers.
What we offer
