Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech or advertising sectors — you've successfully scaled product capabilities and understand the digital advertising landscape deeply. Your ability to think big and create structure in ambiguous situations sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can be hands-on and drive results. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to establish key metrics and set goals that align with business growth aspirations. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with engineering teams and sales stakeholders, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and market trends.

Desirable

Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce is a plus, as is familiarity with advertising technologies and metrics. A background in data analysis or user research will help you excel in this role, as you will need to interpret complex data to inform product decisions and strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete business of your product area, which includes establishing key performance indicators and driving advertising revenue. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team to enhance product capabilities and improve the advertiser experience. Your responsibilities will include defining and tracking success metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that product offerings meet the needs of advertisers in the India market.
