You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within e-commerce or marketplace environments — you've successfully led initiatives that enhance user experiences and drive business results. Your analytical abilities are top-notch, allowing you to assess data from multiple sources to inform strategic decisions. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can prioritize effectively to meet competing demands. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders to envision and implement successful seller registration experiences.
You are comfortable working cross-organizationally, understanding the importance of aligning different teams towards a common goal. Your strategic thinking enables you to tackle both high-level initiatives and detailed execution tasks. You are a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion, even in fast-paced environments. Your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the seller experience is optimized for success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and drive the seller experience for Amazon's Latam Marketplace. You will be responsible for building and enhancing the seller registration process, ensuring it meets the needs of both local and global stakeholders. Your role will involve analyzing seller feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall experience. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that the seller experience aligns with Amazon's broader business objectives.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives that require collaboration with various teams, ensuring that all aspects of the seller experience are considered. Your ability to think strategically will be crucial as you develop and execute plans that drive seller engagement and satisfaction.
