You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on technology and retail. You thrive at the intersection of technology and business, understanding how to leverage innovative solutions to drive product development. Your ability to think strategically while paying attention to the details sets you apart as a true product owner. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for aligning diverse stakeholders around a common vision. You are excited about experimenting with Gen AI solutions and how they can transform product management norms. You have a proven track record of delivering products that enhance user experience and drive business results.
Desirable
Experience with product lifecycle management tools or similar platforms is a plus. Familiarity with retail development processes and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures will help you succeed in this role. A background in data-driven decision-making and user research will also be beneficial as you define requirements and prioritize features.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and drive the development of the Private Brands Central product lifecycle management solution. You will collaborate with stakeholders across global marketplaces in Hardlines, Softlines, and Consumables to define product requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables. Your responsibilities will include setting the vision for the product, building solutions from scratch, and continuously iterating based on user feedback. You will identify risks and opportunities, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both the business and its users. You will also be responsible for communicating progress and updates to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of your work on the overall business strategy.
