Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the entertainment or consumer goods sectors — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that resonate with customers. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform strategic decisions and drive business performance. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet customer needs.
You possess a deep understanding of customer experience design and are passionate about creating engaging products that delight users — your creativity and resourcefulness enable you to think outside the box and propose solutions that enhance user satisfaction. You are customer-obsessed, always seeking to understand their needs and preferences, and you use this insight to inform your product strategies.
Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing, technology, and operations teams — you can articulate your vision clearly and inspire others to work towards common goals. You are comfortable working independently under tight deadlines and can manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
Desirable
Experience in the toys or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies. A background in marketing or business strategy would also be beneficial, enabling you to align product initiatives with broader business objectives.
