Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager for their Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce team to lead process improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with business and operational partners to standardize processes and improve quality metrics. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

You have 5+ years of experience in program management, ideally within a logistics or operations environment — you've successfully led teams and driven process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize operations across multiple locations.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform decision-making — you understand how to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable strategies that align with business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments — you enjoy tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions that benefit both the company and its customers. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of program managers and process specialists responsible for enhancing quality metrics within the Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce team. You will collaborate with business and operational partners to standardize processes, workstations, training, and item evaluation content, ensuring that best practices are shared globally.
You will champion the diagnosis of global Amazon processes, identifying areas for improvement and devising strategies to implement these changes effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in forging cohesive business relationships between product, operations, and retail teams, allowing for the design of scalable solutions that enhance quality metrics and reduce customer concessions.
You will be responsible for driving short-term improvements through your team while also building long-term strategies that support the future of Reverse Logistics at Amazon. Your role will involve continuous innovation and a commitment to making zero happen — zero cost of returns, zero defects, and zero waste.
What we offer
At Amazon, we provide a competitive salary range of $115,600.00 - $160,000.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits that support your health and well-being.
