Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the transportation or logistics sector — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Your strong leadership skills enable you to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across various teams within a large organization like Amazon.
You possess a deep understanding of fleet management and telematics solutions — your expertise allows you to translate technical requirements into actionable business strategies that enhance operational efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to achieve shared goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of telematics solutions for Amazon's non-powered transportation assets, including trailers and intermodal containers. You will work closely with engineering teams to build a "hands off the wheel" fleet operation through advanced sensor technology and data integration. Your ability to balance strategy and execution will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of fleet management.
You will engage with senior Amazon leaders to understand their needs and convert them into efficient business models. This involves regular interactions with multiple teams to ensure that both short-term and long-term business needs are met. You will lead the development of innovative solutions that not only solve immediate challenges but also position Amazon as a leader in the fleet management industry.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
