You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technology-driven environments. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. You are adept at defining product strategies that deliver significant customer value and drive business outcomes.
Your analytical skills allow you to conduct thorough discovery with customers and users, identifying opportunities that lead to impactful product development. You possess a solid understanding of UX principles and can leverage this knowledge to create intuitive designs and user-friendly interfaces. You think big and are excited about integrating machine learning and GenAI-based solutions into your products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping Amazon's future through innovative hiring technology. You will define product strategy and work closely with builders to deliver high-quality products that enhance the interviewer experience. What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
