You have a proven track record in technical program management, particularly in the field of electrification and infrastructure. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders. You excel in setting priorities and delivering results, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and timelines. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to evaluate trade-offs and develop effective strategies for supplier quality management.

You are adept at conducting audits and inspections, both in-person and remotely, to verify compliance with Amazon's quality standards. Your ability to monitor and report on supplier performance metrics is crucial in identifying areas for improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at resolving supplier quality issues in partnership with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain the supplier quality roadmap for electrical infrastructure equipment, ensuring that all quality standards are met. You will lead the verification process through audits and inspections, defining incoming inspection plans to uphold quality at the source. Your responsibilities will include monitoring supplier performance metrics and leading issue resolution efforts, collaborating closely with various teams to implement improvements.

You will also be tasked with building tools to intake and resolve issues throughout the equipment's lifecycle, conducting pareto analyses to identify root causes and develop solutions. Your leadership will be essential in driving broad alignment with key stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged in the quality management process. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Amazon's commitment to sustainability and electrification initiatives.
