What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Amazon's Digital Acceleration team, focusing on improving the user experience for internal customers. You will define and propose new design patterns and interaction models that delight users and drive efficiencies. Collaborating closely with product and development teams, you will innovate and implement solutions that simplify client interactions and enhance overall satisfaction.

You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. Your ability to think conceptually and break down complex problems into manageable phases will be key to your success. You will also synthesize feedback from various stakeholders to iterate on designs and ensure they meet the needs of diverse customer personas.

Your role will involve presenting your design concepts to stakeholders and advocating for user-centered design principles. You will work backwards from a client experience north star, ensuring that all design efforts align with this vision. By leveraging GenAI capabilities, you will create innovative solutions that unlock significant process efficiencies and transform how internal customers work.
