What you'll do

As a Site Engineer at Amazon, you will be responsible for managing the construction of new Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, Delivery Stations, and auxiliary buildings. You will oversee all aspects of project management, from initial site selection through to contract execution, ensuring that all construction activities align with Amazon's standards and customer-centric approach. Your role will involve detailed deep dive reviews of job budgets and programs, where you will identify and resolve discrepancies in contractor bid packages.

You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to implement facility network infrastructure and managing renovations and tenant improvements at existing buildings. You will also be tasked with serving as the primary integrator between construction and other Amazon stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with operational needs.
