You have extensive experience in maintenance engineering, particularly in logistics or automated systems. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and reliability of logistics equipment at the Kawagoe Fulfillment Center. You will conduct regular maintenance tasks on various automated systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You will respond to equipment errors and failures, performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime. You will work on improving the safety, productivity, and operational efficiency of the equipment, collaborating with your team to implement best practices. You will monitor the performance of newly developed equipment and provide feedback to the development team. You will manage the tools and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks, ensuring they are in good condition and readily available. You will also implement safety measures to ensure that all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies.
