Who you are

You have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in driving process stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise allows you to collaborate effectively with operational leaders to establish best-in-class process performance across various processes. You understand the importance of minimizing variation and delivering strong performance metrics.

You are skilled in working with cross-functional teams, including Process System Engineering and operations engineering, to prioritize resources and improve input metrics for process paths. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and operational teams ensures that initiatives are deployed successfully, leading to enhanced operational efficiency.

What you'll do

As a Senior Site Process Engineer at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive process control and performance improvement within the logistics center. You will work closely with the EU Process Engineering team to implement technological advancements that enhance operational capabilities. Your role will involve analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and deploying solutions that align with the company's goals.

You will collaborate with various teams, including ACES PM and reliability and maintenance teams, to ensure that operational leaders are equipped with the necessary expertise to achieve expected gains. Your focus will be on establishing a culture of continuous improvement, where best practices are shared and implemented across the network.
