You have a strong background in social media strategy and brand management, with a proven track record of creating and evolving brand identities across various social channels. Your experience includes developing channel-first strategies that foster engagement and advocacy among communities, particularly in the audio or music industry. You are adept at using insights on culture and fandom to inform creative decisions, ensuring that the brand remains a relevant voice in the cultural landscape. You have experience managing budgets and agency relationships, overseeing creative production pipelines from start to finish.
You are proactive in identifying emerging cultural moments and trends, leveraging your knowledge of pop culture to build the brand's role within the ecosystem. Your ability to stay ahead of what shapes culture—be it genres, films, or subcultures—enables you to create content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to champion the role of social media as a business-impacting lever.
What you'll do
