What you'll do

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the early-stage initiative of developing QuickSuite, a Generative AI application that aims to transform enterprise operations. You will be responsible for solving technical challenges and mentoring other engineers, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in software development.

You will actively participate in translating business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables, building quick prototypes or proofs of concept in collaboration with other technology leaders. Your role will involve inventing new features, designing, developing, and deploying highly scalable and reliable distributed services that deliver real business value.

You will work with a variety of core languages, primarily Java and Python, and leverage AWS technologies to create innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the project and the overall direction of the AI initiative at Amazon.
