What you'll do

In this role, you will be a critical early member of the Gen AI & Strategic Initiatives team, driving key areas of AI integration. You will architect next-generation AI solutions that enhance gameplay experiences and improve productivity through the adoption of best practices and tools. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing the infrastructure necessary to support AI models, collaborating with engineering teams to build agents that support various functions, and ensuring that the solutions you create are resilient and performant.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence how software development is approached within the organization. Your role will involve owning and executing product initiatives from start to finish, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. You will also advocate for technological innovation, helping to shift the culture towards embracing new methodologies and practices.
