You have 8+ years of professional experience in embedded software development, showcasing strong proficiency in C and C++. Your hands-on experience includes developing firmware, device drivers, or user-space applications for embedded systems, particularly with low-level hardware interaction. You possess expertise in networking protocols such as RDMA, Ethernet, and SRD, and have a solid understanding of performance optimization for high-throughput, low-latency systems. You thrive in cross-functional, agile teams and can effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. Your familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure or other large-scale distributed systems enhances your ability to contribute to impactful projects. Additionally, you have knowledge of hardware/software co-design and storage protocols, which further supports your role in developing innovative solutions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Development Engineer at Annapurna Labs, you will design, develop, and optimize mission-critical embedded software for cloud infrastructure. Your work will directly impact AWS’s most advanced services, serving millions of customers worldwide. You will collaborate with teams focused on networking, machine learning acceleration, and high-performance computing (HPC), ensuring that your contributions enhance the performance and reliability of AWS services.
