Desirable

Experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plus, as is familiarity with quick commerce models. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your team's performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Amazon Now (Tez) team in developing a new supply chain infrastructure that reimagines product flow from source to customer. You will have full ownership of critical supply chain capabilities, including inventory management and vendor experiences. Your responsibilities will include architecting and building scalable systems that can handle rapid growth and high transaction volumes. You will collaborate closely with senior software development engineers and technical program managers to ensure that the solutions you create are robust and efficient. You will also be responsible for setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development process. As a leader, you will inspire your team to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible in quick commerce.
