What you'll do

As a Software Development Manager at Ring, you will lead a focused team of engineers in the design, architecture, and implementation of SDKs for the Sidewalk network. You will be responsible for making critical architectural decisions that impact the firmware and Edge SDKs, ensuring they meet the needs of Sidewalk Gateways and Endpoints. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including those working on Ring and Echo products, to launch new features and enhancements.

You will prioritize resources effectively, manage documentation, and support your team in their development efforts. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex projects, and you will be expected to dive deep into product performance metrics to drive improvements.
