What you'll do

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a team responsible for developing the AWS Neuron Software Development Kit (SDK), which includes an ML compiler and runtime. You will oversee the integration of the SDK with popular machine learning frameworks, ensuring optimal performance for complex neural network models executed on AWS Inferentia and Trainium. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define product requirements and drive the development process from conception to deployment.

You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of your team, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You will also engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and iterate on product features, enhancing the overall user experience.
