Who you are

You have 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex systems. Your expertise includes leading design decisions and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring that you can guide your team effectively through challenges. You possess in-depth knowledge of AWS services and have experience with CI/CD pipelines, which allows you to manage deployments across multiple AWS regions seamlessly.

Your programming skills are robust, with at least 7 years of experience in one or more programming languages, including Java and Python. You understand design patterns and have a proven track record of building reliable and scalable systems. Your ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders ensures that you can clarify requirements and resolve dependencies efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for feature development and will take ownership of end-to-end processes for specific features while maintaining a broad understanding of the overall project. You will conduct peer code and design reviews, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within your team. Your day-to-day activities will also include participating in on-call rotations, ensuring that the systems you develop are monitored and maintained effectively.
