What you'll do

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will lead the architecture and development of systems that support Amazon's last-mile delivery operations. You will collaborate with the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Tech team to design and implement scalable solutions that address complex logistics challenges. Your role will involve making critical decisions on technology choices and design patterns, ensuring that the team builds the right solutions to meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and promoting engineering best practices within the team. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, enabling the team to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. You will also work closely with the Software Development Manager to adopt best practices for operational excellence, ensuring that the systems you build are robust and reliable.
