What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that leverage Machine Learning and Deep Learning to enhance operational processes within Amazon's Retail Business Services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions that address complex challenges. Your contributions will ensure that Amazon's catalog remains complete and accurate, ultimately enhancing the shopping experience for customers.

You will engage in root cause analysis to resolve supply chain defects and develop fixes that improve cash flow. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to bridge gaps in the tech stack and support the operational processes of worldwide retail teams. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to drive retail automation initiatives.
