What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing highly available, large-scale software solutions that enhance the Alexa experience in hospitality and other out-of-home segments. You will work closely with your team to design and implement new services that extend the convenience of Alexa to shared living spaces, such as rentals and assisted living facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring that the solutions you build are both innovative and user-friendly.

You will take the lead in technical design discussions, guiding your team through the architecture and implementation phases of new projects. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team. You will engage in continuous improvement practices, experimenting with new concepts and technologies to enhance the functionality and performance of the services you develop.
