What you'll do

As the Software Development Manager, you will lead a team of senior developers in building full-stack services that leverage AI and machine learning for finance applications. Your responsibilities will include creating a vision and roadmap for the team, collaborating with scientists and product leaders to develop best-in-class AI/ML model training environments. You will oversee the design and architecture of data workflows and forecasting solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the finance team.

You will evaluate risks and feasibility of proposed solutions, effectively communicating with leadership and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Your role will also involve mentoring team members, guiding them in the development of GenAI-assisted software development tools and workflows. You will be responsible for delivering front-end and back-end solutions that automate ML and statistics training pipelines, ensuring continuous evaluation and model training.
