What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with hardware and network engineers to design and implement server firmware that meets the high standards of AWS. You will be responsible for ensuring that the firmware is architecturally sound and integrates seamlessly with AWS infrastructure. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of AWS services, providing customers with the capacity they need at the lowest possible cost. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with supply chain specialists and operations managers to address any challenges that arise during the design and delivery process.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team. Your insights will help shape the future of AWS infrastructure, and you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
