What you'll do

As a Software Development Engineer II on the EasyShip team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new system capabilities that can scale across various marketplaces. You will work on a distributed service-oriented architecture, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to solve complex problems. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

You will participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable and efficient. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in production, as well as optimizing existing systems for better performance. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the architectural decisions that shape the future of the EasyShip platform.
