What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with experienced Amazonians to design and implement features for Ring.com's e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will include developing product discovery pages, enhancing search functionality, and optimizing navigation flows to improve user experience. You will also design systems capable of handling traffic spikes during significant shopping events like Prime Day and Black Friday. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions for production systems, ensuring that performance metrics are tracked and analyzed effectively.
You will work closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold the highest standards of software quality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues that arise in production, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
