Desirable

Experience with AWS services is a plus, as you will be working in a cloud-based environment. What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to enhancing Alexa's capabilities through AI. Your primary responsibility will be to build software that runs seamlessly on millions of Echo family devices and other Alexa-enabled devices. You will leverage the latest AI technologies, including large language models, to create features that make Alexa more conversational and personalized.

You will take a long-term view of system architecture, proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing larger projects that align with the team's vision. Your work will involve understanding the business impact of your systems, allowing you to make informed decisions that balance technical excellence with user needs.

As part of your role, you will drive engineering best practices, ensuring that the software you develop meets high standards of quality and security. You will collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to create engaging customer experiences that expand the wealth of information, products, and services available on Alexa.
