You have 3+ years of professional software development experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in programming and system design. Your experience includes 2+ years focused on designing or architecting systems, ensuring reliability and scalability in your solutions. You are proficient in at least one programming language, with a preference for Java, and have a keen understanding of how to create engaging user experiences through technology.

What you'll do
As a Software Development Engineer in the Alexa Devices team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, developing features that present speech-backed visuals on Echo Show and similar devices. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining new systems, ensuring that Alexa delivers seamless interactions with minimal latency. Your role will involve partnering with other Amazon and third-party services to create a cohesive user experience.
You will work on various aspects of device frameworks, web services, and APIs, contributing to large-scale data infrastructure.
