What you'll do

As the Software Development Manager, you will own the technical vision and direction for measurement services at Amazon Ads. You will lead a team responsible for developing innovative ML and GenAI-powered solutions that provide accurate attribution in challenging environments. Your role will involve driving architecture decisions for systems that handle vast amounts of data and deliver insights in real-time.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure that the measurement solutions meet the needs of advertisers. Your responsibilities will include preparing status reports, identifying risks, and constructing project schedules to keep your team on track. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment, where engineers feel supported and empowered to excel in their roles.

In addition to technical leadership, you will play a crucial role in team building and development. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their career growth and provide mentorship. Your leadership will help shape the future of measurement services at Amazon, impacting how advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns.
