What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical strategy for AWS’ Database services for LATAM customers. You will create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for your customers. Your responsibilities will include providing expertise across the entire lifecycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. You will work closely with business development, specialist, and technical solutions architecture teams to ensure that AWS meets the needs of its customers effectively.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including those in the public sector. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that AWS solutions are tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by customers in the LATAM region. You will also be expected to stay updated on the latest database technologies and trends to provide the best solutions to your clients.
