What you'll do

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at AWS, you will manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and your customers — your role involves ensuring they receive the most value from the cloud at every stage of their journey. You will participate in the creation of new reference architectures and share best practices that help customers innovate at speed and scale.

You will work closely with enterprise customers, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops and presentations to educate customers on AWS technologies, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development.

You will also be involved in developing technical content that showcases AWS capabilities — this includes writing technical documentation, creating educational videos, and participating in community events to promote AWS solutions. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest AWS features and industry trends to provide the best advice to your customers.
