What you'll do

In this role, you will manage overall supplier relationships, focusing on performance, capability, and capacity planning. You will be responsible for contracting and risk mitigation, ensuring that cost and quality improvements are achieved consistently. Collaborating closely with technical operations, engineering, and program teams, you will define standard and custom product requirements for new product introduction programs.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, optimizing processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers. Your role will involve interfacing with various functional teams at all levels of the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and customer focus.

You will also be tasked with analyzing supplier performance data and implementing strategies that enhance supplier capabilities. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future of automation solutions within the Last Mile delivery operation.
