Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in automation technologies and commercial refrigeration. Your background includes managing supplier relationships and ensuring performance improvements across various operational metrics. You are detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of the integrated automation project life cycle, which allows you to navigate complex supply chain challenges effectively.

Your expertise in contract manufacturing and change management equips you to handle dynamic business requirements with agility. You thrive in collaborative environments, interfacing with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. You are a natural leader who values open communication and fosters a team-first mindset.

You are comfortable working with technical operations and engineering teams, ensuring that product requirements are met and that sourcing strategies align with business goals. Your ability to adapt strategies quickly in response to changing conditions is a key asset in your role.

Desirable

Experience with refrigeration technologies and automation solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies and cost management will further enhance your effectiveness in this position. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage overall supplier relationships, focusing on performance, capability, and capacity planning. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, optimizing processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers. You will also be tasked with analyzing supplier performance data and implementing strategies that enhance supplier capabilities. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future of automation solutions within the Last Mile delivery operation.
