Who you are

You have a strong background in supply chain management with at least 5 years of experience in planning, purchasing, and procurement. Your expertise in data fluency allows you to analyze complex datasets and make informed decisions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain operations. You are comfortable leveraging AI and machine learning models to enhance forecast accuracy and optimize planning decisions, ensuring that equipment is available and deployed on time. Your technical acumen enables you to bridge the gap between business, operations, and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your hands-on approach to ownership of planning processes ensures that you can execute integrated planning activities across demand forecasting, supply planning, and production scheduling. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in using data to inform your strategies and decisions. You are a proactive problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results.

Desirable

Experience with supply chain software and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with IT hardware and infrastructure. A background in logistics or operations management would also be beneficial. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver the best results for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute end-to-end supply chain planning activities, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of IT hardware and infrastructure. You will translate demand signals and business requirements into executable supply and production plans, working closely with various stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, purchasing, and procurement processes, as well as managing inventory levels to meet business needs.

You will play a critical role in facilitating new site launches, retrofits, expansions, relocations, and decommissions. Your ability to leverage AI and machine learning models will enhance forecast accuracy and optimize planning decisions, driving process automation and systems integration at scale. You will act as a cross-functional bridge between business, operations, and technical teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the planning process.
