Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in the electrical assemblies sector. Your expertise includes forecasting, demand analysis, and inventory management, allowing you to effectively manage supply buffers and ensure timely delivery of components. You understand manufacturing processes and can verify supply commitments while working to reduce cycle times. Your collaborative nature enables you to work seamlessly with component suppliers and server manufacturers, ensuring that allocations are reconciled and optimized.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex supply chain challenges. Your analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions that enhance operational efficiency. You are committed to sustainability and understand the importance of socially responsible supply chains in today's business landscape. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage with diverse teams across AWS effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and manage the allocations of infrastructure components across multiple manufacturers and suppliers. You will perform forecasting and demand analysis to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that supply buffers are maintained. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with component suppliers to analyze and reconcile allocations, ensuring that commitments are met and cycle times are minimized. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards for safety and security in the supply chain.

You will be part of a diverse team that includes software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers. Your role will be crucial in delivering the best operating infrastructure at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
