Who you are
You have strong leadership capabilities and people management skills — you thrive in high-pressure situations and can navigate ambiguity with ease. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively engage with team members and explain processes clearly. You are driven by the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You possess a keen analytical mindset, capable of analyzing data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements. Your experience in process control and improvement mechanisms, such as Kaizen, allows you to enhance quality standards and reduce waste effectively.
What you'll do
As a Team Lead at Amazon, you will define, build, and execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address. You will ensure that your territorial delivery team has enough bandwidth to manage peak time delivery effectively. Engaging closely with the delivery team, you will develop and maintain a highly motivated and performance-driven environment.
You will continuously improve the delivery process to attain a sustained level of delivery performance through process and training improvements. Your role will involve initiating enhancements to quality standards and eliminating unnecessary work to streamline operations. You will support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan, ensuring that the team meets its objectives.
