Overview

Amazon is seeking a Team Lead for their transportation team to oversee shift operations at their Delivery Center. You'll work closely with the Center manager to ensure smooth operations and improve delivery performance.

Your ability to work under pressure is complemented by your capacity to perform station operations independently, ensuring that you can manage tasks effectively even in ambiguous situations. You possess analytical skills that allow you to interpret information effectively, identifying key facts and reviewing alternatives to assess advantages and risks.

What you'll do

As a Team Lead at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations at the Delivery Center. You will work closely with the Center manager to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve executing the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address, ensuring that the delivery team is adequately staffed to manage peak times. You will continuously seek to improve the delivery process, striving for sustained performance improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. Regular interaction with multiple stakeholders will be essential to get things done and achieve the best results for our customers.
