You have extensive experience in technical project management, particularly in the field of material handling systems. Your ability to exemplify ownership of complex projects ensures that you can drive initiatives from inception to completion, maintaining high standards throughout the process. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering teams, operations, and strategic suppliers to deliver impactful results. Your strategic vision allows you to see the bigger picture while also focusing on the tactical execution necessary for success. You are adept at establishing processes and playbooks that enable scalability across large networks, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the single-threaded leader for specific material handling projects, guiding them through Amazon's comprehensive Project Lifecycle Framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including WWDE and Operations Engineering, to develop and execute strategies for implementing material handling systems. Your responsibilities will include driving project leadership throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation through commissioning and handover. You will also help establish standardized project delivery processes that can be replicated across Amazon's network, ensuring that all projects meet the high standards expected in complex material handling environments. Your role will require you to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, making sure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

What we offer

Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $176,900.00 - $239,400.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
