Amazon is hiring an Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to support the deployment of complex telecommunication networks. You'll work with AWS infrastructure and collaborate with diverse teams to improve business processes. This role requires experience in managing large-scale projects.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical program management, particularly within infrastructure projects — your experience includes overseeing the deployment of large-scale cloud infrastructure and ensuring quality control across multiple regions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, supply chain specialists, and operations managers to deliver high standards of safety and security.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders and manage delivery schedules — your ability to navigate complex project requirements and timelines is a key asset. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of executing strategic plans that enhance business processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of strategic plans aimed at improving the deployment of hyper-scaled cloud infrastructure — you will lead pre/post-inspections for design validation and create quality control systems for North and South America. You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to ensure that the infrastructure meets the highest standards while maintaining cost efficiency.

You will also pilot stakeholder communication efforts to keep all parties informed about delivery schedules and project milestones — your role will involve coordinating with software, hardware, and network engineers to tackle the most challenging problems in the supply chain. Your contributions will directly impact the operational efficiency of AWS data centers, ensuring that customers have continual access to the services they rely on.

You will be part of a diverse and inclusive culture that values bold ideas and empowers you to take ownership of your projects.
