What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead the Vulnerability Management and Remediation Operations team, driving the strategic and technical direction of various programs. You will assess and detect vulnerabilities across the Amazon ecosystem, ensuring that remediation actions are prioritized and executed effectively. Your role involves collaborating with Principal Engineers and executive leaders to design improved solutions and maintain a high program bar.

You will leverage your information security expertise to make informed, risk-based decisions that impact the organization positively. Your responsibilities will include managing the operational processes of the VMRO team, ensuring that vulnerabilities are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also be responsible for building trust with stakeholders, facilitating communication, and fostering a collaborative environment.
