Who you are
You have a strong background in electrical engineering with a focus on reliability and maintenance — your experience includes developing and improving maintenance programs that comply with industry standards. You are proficient in creating roadmaps for standardizing maintenance practices and interpreting maintenance standards to ensure compliance. Your familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) allows you to perform in-depth analyses of trends in electrical systems. You are a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the electrical reliability space, ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience in electrical distribution and maintenance outages is a plus — you understand the intricacies of deficiency correction plans and can provide subject matter expertise in these areas. Familiarity with risk management processes and insurance requirements will help you align maintenance programs with necessary compliance measures. You are detail-oriented and capable of performing detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications for electrical systems.
What you'll do
In this role, you will use your electrical reliability and maintenance expertise to conduct maintenance plan gap assessments against industry standards. You will support annual budgeting cycles and planning for electrical system maintenance, ensuring that all programs are compliant with local codes and global standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and improving maintenance programs and policies for electrical systems at warehouse locations, conducting audits of existing programs, and partnering with key stakeholders to implement changes that align with insurance requirements. You will also be involved in inspecting installations and performing detailed calculations to establish specifications.
