You have over 5 years of experience in tactical project management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and deliver highly technical initiatives. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across AWS. You possess a strategic mindset, having successfully managed projects from inception through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Your background includes leading teams of 5 or more, where you've honed your skills in managing complex projects with multiple variables impacting the supply chain. You thrive in environments that require innovative problem-solving and are passionate about ensuring the highest standards for safety and security in infrastructure.

Desirable

Experience in data center infrastructure expansion is a plus, as is familiarity with AWS services and operations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle the challenges that come with managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

What you'll do

As the Lead Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional data center build projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to deliver projects that meet the highest standards.

Your role will involve overseeing the planning and delivery of AWS global infrastructure, ensuring that all components, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment, are integrated seamlessly. You will lead cross-functional teams, guiding them through the project lifecycle and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and timelines.

In addition to project management, you will be responsible for communicating project status and updates to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis of project performance. You will also mentor and develop your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
