What you'll do

As a technician in the RME team, you will be responsible for performing proactive and preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment within the site. You will conduct reactive repairs and diagnose faults in operational distribution centers, ensuring that all machinery is functioning optimally. You will utilize the best tools and practices to enhance equipment performance and contribute to continuous improvement projects across multiple sites in the EU.

Your role will involve working on-site to address technical issues promptly, ensuring that any problems affecting operations are resolved quickly. You will carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure that equipment operates without safety risks. Additionally, you will support the development of apprentices on-site, helping them grow their skills and knowledge in maintenance practices.

You will engage in continuous improvement initiatives, applying best practices to enhance the operational environment. Your contributions will play a vital role in improving equipment availability and quality, ultimately supporting Amazon's mission to deliver the best results for customers.
