Who you are
You are a proactive technician with a focus on maintaining essential equipment in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of health and safety practices and are committed to ensuring the safety of your colleagues while minimizing machine downtime. You are comfortable working on a variety of equipment and are skilled in performing both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are dedicated to supporting the development of apprentices on-site. Your ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively is key to maintaining operational efficiency.
What you'll do
As a Technician in the RME team, you will be responsible for executing proactive and preventive maintenance tasks on site equipment. You will perform reactive repairs and diagnose faults in a functional distribution center, ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will utilize the best tools and practices to optimize equipment performance and adhere to all health and safety policies.
You will support continuous improvement projects and apply best practices across multiple sites within the EU. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and engineers to enhance the availability and quality of equipment, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
