What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct orientation sessions for new shipping employees and managers, ensuring they understand the operational processes and compliance requirements. Your responsibilities include analyzing dashboards and key performance indicators to prioritize training initiatives. You will also provide ongoing support and coaching to employees, helping them navigate their roles and responsibilities. As a trainer, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team. You will stay updated on process changes and new projects, ensuring that training materials and sessions reflect the latest information. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with employees will be key to your success in this role.
