You have a strong background in training and development, with experience in facilitating classroom training and maintaining theoretical proficiency in assigned trainings. Your expertise in training techniques allows you to create an organized and productive learning environment, ensuring that all participants achieve the best results. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and driving innovation within training approaches, aiming to scale these innovations across a global network.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with Training Managers and Specialists to track and drive completion of training reporting and tasks through the Learning Management System (LMS). Your ability to manage the classroom and maintain engagement is key to delivering exceptional learning experiences. You are committed to staying current on tools, processes, and procedures relevant to your role, ensuring that you provide the most effective training possible.

What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate classroom training following the approved curriculum, ensuring that all training sessions are engaging and informative. You will actively work to maintain your expertise in training methodologies and tools, adapting your approach as necessary to meet the needs of your audience. You will collaborate closely with the Training Manager to plan and schedule training sessions, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include tracking training completion and reporting through the LMS, as well as supporting Training Specialists in their roles. You will be instrumental in identifying areas of improvement at a site level, working to implement innovative training solutions that can be scaled across the organization. Your role will also involve maintaining a high level of theoretical proficiency in the content you are teaching, ensuring that you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to trainees.
