Who you are

You have a basic understanding of logistics and are skilled in communicating clearly in both written and oral forms. You are adept at analyzing data and noticing trends, which helps you drive customer experience without compromising on time. You possess leadership skills, as you will lead a team of L2s during your shift, ensuring that performance goals are met. You are proactive in identifying concerns and troubleshooting delivery partner issues, demonstrating a strong ability to ideate and implement process improvements.

What you'll do

As a Transportation Specialist at Amazon, you will facilitate the flow of information between various stakeholders, including carriers, hubs, and warehouses. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity. You will communicate with external customers, such as carriers and vendors, as well as internal teams, including business, planning, and fulfillment centers, to address ad hoc requests, cancellations, delays, or any disruptions in transportation. You will be expected to provide timely resolutions by researching and querying internal tools, making real-time decisions to ensure smooth operations.
