You are detail-oriented and passionate about conceiving experiences in the abstract, driving that vision into solid design deliverables such as complex workflows, wireframes, user interface designs, interaction models, and prototypes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working directly with UX, product, and engineering teams to innovate and streamline user experiences. You love learning and are always looking for ways to expand your skill set and knowledge in the field of UX design.

Desirable

Experience with design systems and a strong portfolio showcasing your work in user experience design will set you apart. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and methodologies is a plus, as is a background in advertising or marketing technology. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining a focus on user needs.

What you'll do

As a Senior UX Designer on the Advertising User Experience (AUX) team, you will be responsible for innovating and streamlining campaign planning, management, and reporting experiences. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging user experiences that simplify and optimize advertising for customers. Your role will involve evolving and expanding the design system, Storm, to help UX and Product at scale while raising the bar for design quality. You will define and create standards, patterns, and mechanisms that elevate the Advertiser experience, ensuring that all design deliverables meet high standards of usability and accessibility. You will be involved in all aspects of product development, from brainstorming the next innovation to working collaboratively to bring it to life. Your contributions will directly impact how advertisers of all sizes promote their brands and products on Amazon and beyond.
